PML Sponsor Local Bowling Event The Annual competition was held on Sunday the 30th August 2009 at the Outdoor Bowling Green at Garabán, located at Duffy's Cross. The event was deemed a huge succes by all the members with both the Singles and Pairs competitions both thrilling encounters. The Singles competition was played for the Ray Pickering Perpetual Trophy won by Mr Joe McElroy, with PMLs very own Mr Peter Rust (PML Contracts Manager) the runner-up. The winners of the Pairs Competition were team mates Mr Donal Quigley and Mr Peter Mullen. The Garabán Outdoor Bowling Club has grown from strength to strength in recent years, with a continual growth in membership. PML are committed to supporting local sporting organisations like Garabán and will continue to do so in 2010 as well.
