The Moneley Oyster Pearl Regatta is one of the premier cruiser races run on the East coast of Ireland and is supported by feeder races from the Isle of Man, Anglesey, Strangford Lough, Howth, Malahide and Skerries. This two day event has seen steady growth in the number of entries, year after year. Taking place on the 12TH and 13th of June in Carlingford Lough the Moneley Oyster Pearl Sailing Regatta comprises of a great weekend of sailing races plus an extensive range of other onshore entertainment activities.   PML Organise Official Press Launch for Moneley Oyster Pearl 2009   The Official Press Launch in Howth Yacht Club will commence at 19.30hours and will end at 21.00hours with refreshments provided in the form of a buffet, with Oysters and Guinness featured. The aim of the Press Launch is to promote the forthcoming Moneley Oyster Pearl 2009 Sailing Regatta and to provide an opportunity for all to elevate relations between the Sailing Communities and Clubs and with the Local, Regional and National media. This particular launch showcases what the East Coast and Ireland are able to exhibit in regard to sailing experience and on this occasion, highlighting the great success of the Moneley Oyster Pearl and its association within Carlingford Lough. There will also be another Press Launch for the Moneley Oyster Pearl 2009 within Northern Ireland, in Killyleagh Yacht Club, in Strangford Lough later on in early May.
